dc7800 - motherboard bad capacitors

Hello,
I am interested if you could share your opinion if these capacitors (and circumstances) could be the cause of my motherboard malfunction. I have installed new more powerful graphic card and the motherboard went "dead" (fans spin on then go off, 4 short beeps then pause cycle).
After looking in more carefully i've noticed a dozen (13 - 470 uF 16V exactly) mildly cap and bottom bubbled and capacitors, some of them even show sign of leak.
Is it possible that the new more powerful card pulled a bit more power and helped them in their final breakdown.

Capxon KF ? - Notoriously bad - I will let the motherboard gurus suggest replacements

Last night i did pulled out some capacitors I`ve seen capacitors in worse condition but these are interesting too. Will post some funny pictures later on.

It is entirely possible that the caps are your problem. I can't tell from the pics what the voltage and capacitance ratings are, but something on this list (https://www.badcaps.net/pages.php?vid=23) should do fine.

CapXon KF? Looks like someone recapped this board before you as I don't recall any Intel boards using CapXon caps.

Also, it looks like those CapXon KF caps have leaked electrolyte on the board. Electrolyte can eat away traces over time. So I suggest you remove them immediately and thoroughly clean the affected areas on the board with IPA (isopropyl alcohol), preferably 95% or higher.

The caps on c_hegge's list should work fine. Panasonic FR/FM, as well as Nichicon HD, Chemicon KZE, and Rubycon ZL/ZLH/ZLG/ZLJ should be fine as well since the caps in question look like general filters for the PCI-E slots.
