advice on this cap please

can someone please advise on what the capaitance of this capacitor is supposed to be i have removed it from my tecnika 19 inch tvs inverter board ,
board number (LK-IN220417A) there are 1 of them next to each inverter transformer.the lettering on the cap reads (n5-3kv-sec).

It is probably a 500pF 3kV capacitor.
I could be wrong though.
