please can someone help ,where can i get the same type of cap as this in the uk.ive tried rs components but cant find one.
its 33nf rated at 1.5kv.

yes ill post some pics of the cap for you as soon as i can.. i pulled it from a lg tv power supply board :the tv model number is 42pj550-zd.the capacitance seems to read ok (34nf),but cant test the esr as my peak atlas esr meter wont read caps that low.Leave a comment:

it is marked as follows.
fl 1.5khp
333h s*j45.
is it a 333pf rated at 1.5 kv,or am i completely wrong.also whats the best place for a replacement.

i thought these were some sort of zener when i put meter across them it was showing open both ways so i pulled them from board.
the problem with the board was that it was completely dead,
i guess i will re-solder them back in the board ,do these have polarity or can they be soldered in either way.

Hi there can someone identify these two components please they are from a tv powerboard lj44-00092c ,on the schematic they are labelled as (ZNR-105)INR-10D651 .and the other is labelled as (ZNR-106) INR-10D651.
i have tried to google this but came up with nothing.

mtz30 zener diode substitute
hi there
im working on a power supply for a plasma tv ,i have located the fault a bad zener diode ,according to the schematic it is a mtz30 but i cant seem to find that exact part ,is there a suitable replacement i could use instead, preferably from uk supplier.

swapping 18uf/400v for 22uf/400v
hi there just need some confirmation that it would be ok to swap an 18uf/400v cap and use a 22uf/400v cap as a replacement ,the cap is being used in a led tv power supply.

im looking to get an isolation transformer in the near future to enable me to do some live testing on tv psu .can someone recommend one i can get in the uk.

17pw26-5 i have this power supply which has 3 missing voltages which i have shown in the picture,,the 33v,the 24v and the 30v.my question is do these voltages come from the psu or do they come from the mainboard once the tv is on.... -

thanks for your help tom,i have retested it and the readings are exactly the same.

pin1----6.58v
pin2----7.84v
pin3----11.92v
ld1117
pin1---2.1v
pin2---3.3v
pin3---5.1v
ld1117
pin1---0.5v
pin2---1.8v
pin3---3.3v
