    Re: Cap Datasheet Depot

I made a mistake in my previous post. KY is a series of capacitors made by United Chemi Con, not Nichicon.

The vent shape is not used by Nichicon so that's definitely not a Nichicon capacitor. It is used by United Chemi Con but usually their capacitors are brown, not black. Maybe it was a custom series made for Sony.

Other than this, all your pictures are from above, it would have made more sense to post some pictures from an angle, and it would help if you used a flashlight and maybe the macro mode of your camera to take the shots.

You can replace those 1000uF 25v capacitors with the low esr capacitors sold on Badcaps, if not you can buy Panasonic FM/FR or Nippon/United Chemicon KZE/KY/LXZ or Nichicon HW from genuine distributors like Digikey.com or Mouser.com or Newark.com (all three US sellers)

More information is in my thread here:
    https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=49363

    They're 1000uf 25 volt M(105C) rated. There's a reference to "4(7) 9Y".

All I can say is it looks like "[ ]KY".

Is anyone aware of capacitors which have a "OKY" label on them?

Here are ChengX DS, this ones were not taken from ChengX website but from a distributor in HK (Bentex), cause those were the only ones I could find in HTML version, I checked like 7 random DS against the ones in ChengX website and all matched, DS were slightly reformatted to make them more readable and then converted to PDF.

PS- If somebody is interested in those JPG scans from ChengX let me know and I'll post them.

Has anyone ever found or seen any Datasheets from Yang Chun (YC), Deer/Solytech's favorite capacitor company?

I went looking for this series and it was missing from your extensive list.
Lelon RXA series. (Nippon Chemi-Con KZE equivelant rating)

Could you kindly add them to your collection?

    Of note....
I located it at the following webpage, which has many datasheets for this brand.
    http://www.capacitorsupplier.com/lelon/lelon.htm
Datasheets for other x-brands here: http://www.capacitorsupplier.com/data_sheets.htm

    Thanks for the awesome database.
    What a wonderful resource!!

I think they are actually meant to be equivalent series. It doesn't mean that KSC stole the specs for some random cap series.

Awesome library of datasheets, Uranium, but amid them look what I found!!

    https://cdn.badcaps-static.com/pdfs/...df27fd2c10.pdf

    https://cdn.badcaps-static.com/pdfs/...5472ea4654.pdf

Notice how KSC's "GL" series has the same exact ripple and ESR ratings as Nichicon's PJ series??? Looks like cheap Chinese King Sun stole Nichicon's PJ ripple and ESR ratings because they don't want us to know the real ones!!! Can't say I'm really surprised... because of this though I'm not gonna trust the other KSC datasheets... of course the cheapo Chinese brands lie...

I suspect Samwha LT is discontinued. The only route for replacement I guess is to go for something like Pana FM/FR and assume that it was a low-ESR application they were in.

Yes, some are damaged. The latest catalog I have from Samwha is that large one...

I got it a few months ago by "sniffing" the http requests their Flash based online catalog was making to obtain the full pdf file.

If it's not there, chances are it's either a discontinued series (they remove the discontinued series and suggested replacement series for those after a while from their site) or it's a custom series made on order for some manufacturer.

Help finding datasheet for component marked G34662
    by SoulFreeze
Hi, pulled this component, (I'm assuming it's a MosFET) from an LED COB video light. Im trying to find the datasheet so I can find an equivalent replacement but no luck. Any assistance with the datasheet would be appreciated.

Failing that, a way to pick a suitable replacement component? If it's indeed a switching fet, I'm assuming I might need to measure the switching clock frequency and find a component that meets the power capacity?

Its a pair of them driving a 130w Light. Takes in 19volts. I can borrow a scope to measure the switching freq....

Searching Datasheet for AM113 IC by O2MICRO
    by Rainbow_Chameleon
I got a dead HD6950 on Ebay to try my luck and repair it. There were a few broken off capacitors that I already replaced.
Measuring the PCI-E lanes I got somewhat weird measurements, the gpu might or might not be dead.

If I plug the GPU in, the core heats up and I also get VCore but on two inductors that measure 16 and 60 Ohms respectively (Memory and PEX I guess) there is no voltage.
On one of the two buck-controllers (APW7165) the enable pin is pulled to GND and the other controller I just cannot find a datasheet for.

So if anyone has a datasheet or at least...
