Well maybe try a little test, turn the brightness up and while watching the display heat the electrolytic caps with a hairdryer for a couple minutes. Start with those three there closest to the led connector and move to the rest if no results, go ahead and hit the blue ones too, see if there's any change. The one moderator already said he's sick to death of it and is letting it up to the site owner, I think he can figure out who's the bad apple here. (hint: it's not Diah) who is a pro tech and willing to help without insulting the OP, which you are clearly NOT capable of.
