Well maybe try a little test, turn the brightness up and while watching the display heat the electrolytic caps with a hairdryer for a couple minutes. Start with those three there closest to the led connector and move to the rest if no results, go ahead and hit the blue ones too, see if there's any change. Guess you can try heating them before turning on the tv if that works better.

My first suspect when having this issue is a marginal/bad electrolytic capacitor on powerboard, also possibly a bad solder joint on bottom of powerboard.

Just using as a house phone vs always messing with an oversized cell, never did get used to cell phones non-ergonomic style.

Hmm, wonder if the new tcon might have been damaged by the bad cables.

I might try a different provider, I heard voipms has lost reliability since they were bought out a while ago, the support is pretty bad for sure.
