Probably not it but won't hurt to try a simple reset. Unplug tv wait 10 minutes-hold power button on tv for 42 seconds-let go-plug tv back in and try it.Leave a comment:

This type is good, more versatile, you can adjust the voltage and current for more accurate testing. It helps to be able to provide more than the typical 30 mA of a lot of the testers which is helpful but not near enough for accurate testing. Yes that will kill it for sure, a typical reflow will gradually bring the solder to melting, the (time above liguidus) which is slightly above melting only requires about 60 seconds, so no wonder the chip is dead, 20 minutes is way too long.Leave a comment:
