    Oh wow, it's pretty expensive. I got a used one on ebay anyway and the TV is alive again, confirming the A board was in fact the issue. Thanks for helping to try diagnose the issue, delighted to have it up and running again.

        Recommendations from Panasonic:
        Malfunction of the diode D7302, etc. components of the power supply unit.
        Contents: Due to the presence of a quality problem with the diodes D7302 from batch 76 (in OLED models also D7506 in the backlight power supply) order number B0HAKR000004, this diode may fail and other components. The full list of components that can potentially fail if the D7302 breaks down is in the attached file "list components.xlsx ". When receiving TVs with this defect, identify the faulty components and replace them.
        The serial number of the diode 76 is indicated on the diode housing.
