lg m2262d blinking 2 times pause and again two times

hi to all on the above model of lcd tv does the above problem occur and the screen does not goes up
I changed all the electrolytes capacitors but the same result
maybe someone can advise me to look at something else?

Check D303, R111 and ZD102 12V

the power supply has not problem
on the mainboard i found a component az1805s adje1
when press this component
in the surrounding area it works normally the voltage increases from 1 volt to 1.2 volts and the image appears
as soon as i leave it the image disappears
it's confusing me or do I have a crack or a bad glue or is the same part missing I will order it I'm stuck
If anyone has faced something related, please help me

its is left of the capacitor c1159 in the photo with the mainboard that I have already attached
