    Samsung UE50J6150AS BL_TON OK Screen only little corner lighting up

    i got this TV today.. as you can see the screen LCD had only at the corner lighting up, the other round light spot are lens falling down on LED as i can hear it when i move the TV.

    i tell the truth i never seen this before.. LED BL yes are little blue but i don't thing it related to this issue as i suspect the T-CON, i saw before T-CON when it work the 2 blue LED on it will lit on.. here only one. even i tested the led and its fine.
    voltage on T-CON F1 from both side for me little high 12.55V ( could be indicated open / not complete operation on the T-CON.

    disconnect one ribbon at time no any white half screen only corner spot will disappear when i unplug the ribbon on its side. so it tell me this is from LCD the sport was not from BL

    disconnect the BL socket from PCB and turn on... it turn on only no BL
    disconnect the MB from PCB , BL come one at same level when they work at time

    i feed HDMI signal and hearing the sound and BL level change regards the video sync. no sigm on any picture on screen

    any one have this issue before or read on it.. please remember this tv had no Internet LAN or WLAN. and beside the blue of BL option to replace T-CON are out from the table.

    not sure, but a guess is being a samsung, could be most of the backlights are bad.

      You may have several problems. I would sort out the light problem first. Panel or diffuser
      I assume no responsibility for any stupid suggestions I might post.

        thanks for the response.. yes i agree. 3 fault i can tell
        1- blue LED BL easy
        2-T-CON toasted only VDD VCC read fine. VCOM wirh out ribbon connected 0V with ribbon -1.40 VGH less than 2V
        3- Panel shorted which toasted the T-CON.
        will keep it aside for the future if i my hand got on T-CON or to try the panel for different system.. lol.

          Would be interesting to find out what is causing that bright spot in corner. All LEDs are lighting up?

            yes all lighting, only one LED lost the lens and found it under the hard reflector

            bright spot at corner are just view LCD cells turning on.

              Hello Diah, have a quick question, do you know how to jumper this power supply as stand alone, I can't quite figure out how to jumper the smaller connector cnl803 with the a-dim and p-dim, on/off, gnd, e_sync pins, thanks: power board https://www.shopjimmy.com/samsung-bn...w-963288019440
