a320ap20s4lv0.4 appears vertical lines where ever there is text

I have a problem with my Samsung LCD panel a320ap20s4lv0.4. There appears vertical lines where ever there is text . See my pictures.
Could this be fixed by cutting some kind of tracks on PCB that drives the LCD panel?
vgh even vgh odd signal from Shift Register
and directly connected to panel?

log in service menu and play the pattern test , see the lines cleared or not.
also you can play jpg format photos with different pattern to test too

Test those caps and resistors you have there on your driver board, test them for shorts/opens, there's a crapload of how to videos on youtube if needed.

caps c3,c4 is shorted and i remove it . the short not gone . someone told me the caps is connected wit to ground lines

Check the nearby caps, check them all...tv no worky with short.

the caps is so good
when i removed it
the short is in board between ground and the ferret coil marked 220

Hi, there are some videos on how to solve this, start from YT channel "electronica nunez tutoriales" and search the web for the panel's model code, also arabian videos..
