Re: Hisense H55A6500UK logo loading then black screen
Having exactly same symptoms on exact same model TV.
Any advice on removing the screen to replace leds?
Lift screen from top or lift metal chassis from the rear?
I know these larger screens are prone to easily breaking!Leave a comment:

Re: Hisense H55A6500UK logo loading then black screen
I just fixed one of them mine had the pulsing backlights flickering screen with the oldd white horizontal line appearing randomly, and on measuring voltages they seemed to pulse too.
I thought it was the mainboard as once the logo came and went and backlights were pulsing I couldn’t turn off by the remote, it was like blocked out.
It still did it, so I replaced psu and yes it still did it.
Yes I was stupid not to test the backlights, one channel was o/c replaced one led and its now okLeave a comment:

Re: Hisense H55A6500UK logo loading then black screen
Just to clear the result on this issue, which i didn't saw before.
following with him on other source contact , it come out he had flickering LED backlight. which they drop the 12V to main.
the owner didn't have any voltmeter or parts to use in order doing test.
with simple method, the BL are tow groups Only, each with LED+ & LED-
with test by unplug the LED- from sockets resulted one group was Open.
so what we can use.. and he didn't have either Resistor to test with and to avoid taking the panel apart as its 55 and could cracked under his hand ???
used Normal table lamp with filament lamp connected in series between LED- Open Group and the pins on the socket... TV started and can downgrade or update firmware.. but it remain reboot at normal screen starting... as i think the 12V remain not stable, but by upgrade and downgrade it show the process.
any repair shop owner in UK near to his place if they can offer repair the open LED to him.Leave a comment:

Re: Hisense H55A6500UK logo loading then black screen
explain of Hard OFF & Stand by via last state option.
1- when the tv powered on and then pressing power on remote or on tv power key.. it will go to standby.. this mean if the set was in standby and you plugged out the tv from AC wall socket and later plugged it in at wall it will start as the last state in standby.
2- if you plugged out the tv from wall socket during the the Tv was powered on... any time you plug the set in wall socket it will start direct.. this is Hard OFF and this mode we need the set at it to apply flashing the firmware steps i explained early.Last edited by Diah; 03-12-2021, 05:40 PM.Leave a comment:

Everything has been removed from the tv when i have been trying.
Just the power cable. First photo is the led when plugged into the wall and nothing on screen.
Second picture is the logo appearing when i press the power button on remote.
Third picture is when the screen goes black after the logo.
Fourth is a picture of the lines that appear after, they move in flashes sometimes none sometimes tiny sometimes longer ect
Thank you for your time.Leave a comment:

Re: Hisense H55A6500UK logo loading then black screen
Ok so i double checked everything.
1. Before i start every time the tv is unplugged from the wall.
When its on it wont respond to turning off at the button or remote control so this is a hard off right? Im a little confused.
2. I have checked hidden files and extentions and its as it should be
3. The usb is in MBR i checked in the partitions.
Its the same when i try.
Tv is not plugged in, usb in the not blue slot. Hold the power button on remote, plug into the wall still holding. Wait 30 seconds and the tv has not powered up just the red lights on.
If i press the power button again it will now load
I never get an upgrade screen

Re: Hisense H55A6500UK logo loading then black screen
1- the TV must hard OFF. mean when the TV display the logo, take it out from wall socket ( dont press power) so next time when you plug it in wall socket, it will start direct with out need to press power on remote or on tv.
2- your computer should shown at file option to show file extenstion and all hidden file. so you will be sure if you format the usb fat 32 will be realy empty no other file like system information... which windows great it... and to show the extension of file so you will be sure the file will have only one end .pkg not double .pkg.pkg
3- some USB stick they are not MBR style after formatting
if all points 1.2.3 correct... just plug the usb and press power on remote .. keep pressing then plug the tv in wall socket... as soon it will show upgrade screen remove yours finger from remote power....Last edited by Diah; 03-12-2021, 03:40 PM.Leave a comment:

I tried the other usb and using the tv button just incase but no luck. When it does come on it loads the logo then black screen that flickers
Thanks

Re: Hisense H55A6500UK logo loading then black screen
the one on 4pda suitable to all..
version 1: UWTS all region
HE55A6500UWTS_Hisense_E013_I0625.zip password: F2HW
unzip until you have the last file in .pkg format, copy it on USB stick formatted with Fat32, insert it at any USB2 on tv. not usb 3 blue color while the tv plugged out from wall socket. press on RC power and keep pressing while you plug it in wall socket again.Leave a comment:

Hisense H55A6500UK logo loading then black screen
Hello,
I have an issue with my tv and was wondering if anyone has had a similar issue and could advise me.
As stated its a hisense H55A6500, when you power on the logo loads, dissapears then black screen stays, it seems to flicker and a small line appears moving around the screen as it flickers sometimes 1cm long sometimes a few inches and sometimes none.
I have to pull the plug to turn it off as buttons are unresponsive.
Feels like a corrupt firmware maybe to me. I have contacted hisense but no replys as of yet two days later. Only file for this model i can find is a russian version, if anyone has the file so i could try it that would be amazing.
I have found two other people who had the exact same model and issue i have messaged them to see if they had a fix for the problem, One in a post said he went as far as replacing the power supply, tcon and main boards but the issue remained and he tried flashing the firmware but could not get it to load.
I have opened it up and inspected the boards for damage or bloated caps but nothing obvious.
The logo loads and then seems to glitch. Leans me towards firmware but im a novice
Really appreciate any information.

by abajorHaving this very weird issue.
The owner of this laptop complained about screen being intermittent when opening and closing, and has been using the laptop on a thunderbolt video connection since the screen failed.
I swapped with a working screen from an A2141 waiting for parts.
The Os exhibits this weird behavior where it boots to to 1/3 the status bar, then it makes the boop sound. It's at the log in but for whatever reason the desktop isn't loaded.
The laptop boots fine into recovery mode. I updated from Monterey to Sonoma and the laptop still has... -
by smic717394Hi,
I have a iphone XS that came in for a screen replacement, the screen was badly cracked, and inside missing scues, on the back of the screen still the blue protector, the screen was a LCD. So we replaced the screen and all good, installed the screen and we noticed that pressing the screen with a bit of force but not excessive, the phone dies. After plugging the charger it turns back on, but again if you press it it dies. I open the phone again, and I can't see anything major, with the phone open, if I press on the logic board, battery, charging board, or even putting pressure on... -
by RunlincHi all, I need to change the backlights in a Hisense 55E76GQTUK. The screen is glued to the chassis, what is the easiest way of delaminating the screen from the chassis please?
also what double sided tape would you recommend to glue it back in? ….. or is that a question to ask once the screen is out in one piece?
Many thanks for any ideas you have. -
by YolojaysHello everybody,
I cleared the Bios password on a HP ZBook 15u G3 Laptop (i5-6200U) using HPUnlocker tool. My question is, the laptop has a Custom Boot Logo and can't find a way to restore it to the original HP logo. Anyone by chance know a way to do it?
What I tried and checked:
-No custom logo option in bios
-updating the bios did not help
-Hp client management library method id not work
-ereplogo utility di not work
Thanks in advanced....-

by jake-bgood morning all,
i purchased a used dell e6540 laptop used 10 months ago from a vendor on ebay. intel i-7 processor, 16 gb ddr3 memory, 256 gb ssd., mobo la-9413p (rev 1.0 dated 2014-08-04). i've inflicted no damage on it since purchase but its past is unknown. starting 2 weeks ago it began to fail to boot (initially 9 of 10 boot attempts failed, now 10 of 10 fail). there was no new hardware or software added (i was using as a kodi video server). the post process doesn't complete and booting no longer displays the dell logo screen - screen remains black with no backlight. some other... - Loading...
