Panasonic TH-65PF9UK 65" plasma display weird issue

forgot to put the model number in the last post, could not edit it, guess I waited to long. anyway, has anyone seen this weird issue on one of these plasma sets, I was thinking maybe a loose ribbon, but wanted to check if anyone had seen this before. thank you
