BIOS for HP OMEN 16-c0161ax please
Hi ya folks,
I have a HP OMEN that stopped working after a cooler fan change.
Motherboard seems ok. I am assuming there's a BIOS issue.

Its a Zener diode.
Its not necessary to replace if its shorted. Just remove it.

Boardview for HP Victus 16-D1096TX please
I have a HP Victus 16-D1096TX for repair.
Had water damage. After clearing it all, the main power rail is present and 5.0V is present. But the 3.3 and 1.0V is missing.
If i click the power button, power button light comes for a second and shutdowns.

I have a very small chip i have no clue where to buy. Its marked "Vt DWN" only. I know these small chips have different name which we search with. If I could find out the name, i will be able to repair a laptop.

Hi folks,
Im having the same problem, and just downloaded few BIOS files from this thread.
Except, i am unable to read the BIOS chip with my CH341a clips.
I wonder how others managed to read the chip. Which cable did you guys use?
I tried to unsolder and solder it to the CH341a, but the BIOS chip has a ground pad in the middle, which is making contact with the pins in CH341a.
