That is the sign of dead integrated GPU.
There's 20V on the display cable. When battery or AC is connected to the laptop, and folks remove or attach the display cable this 20V pins will touch other pins.
Pins that carry 3.3V max will end up receiving 20V and send it to the chips. Meaning this GPU is dead,

Anyone know where the BIOS is in this board?
Mac wont turn on. Checked the logic board inside out. Everything seems ok. No short of any kind.
I assume it has to be bios issue.
Because its only pulling 5V and 17mA.
Under thermal camera, i see nothing getting hot. I know 17mA is not that big for the thermal camera to notice.
Anyway, there's no short.
If anyone knows the BIOS location, please let me.

I had a DELL inspiron 14 5415 which was boot looping.

I have a NEC PC-N1375FAM, who's Super IO chip has to be changed.
If i am right, if we change the Super IO chip, the BIOS has to be cleaned of ME. Right?
