Channeling Wizard, somewhere on the back of the panel is a sticker listing the voltages the panel requires. Can you locate that? Then CAREFULLY check the power supply outputs to make sure it is producing those voltages.
PlainBillFor a number of reasons, both health and personal, I will no longer be active on this board. Any PMs asking for assistance will be ignored.

Re: Prima 42" Plasma
Can we get a better picture of the caps please?
I wonder if this is the same as my Akai 42" PDP4273m."We have offered them (the Arabs) a sensible way for so many years. But no, they wanted to fight. Fine! We gave them technology, the latest, the kind even Vietnam didn't have. They had double superiority in tanks and aircraft, triple in artillery, and in air defense and anti-tank weapons they had absolute supremacy. And what? Once again they were beaten. Once again they scrammed [sic]. Once again they screamed for us to come save them. Sadat woke me up in the middle of the night twice over the phone, 'Save me!' He demanded to send Soviet troops, and immediately! No! We are not going to fight for them."

Re: Prima 42" Plasma
Ok, you've got a mix of G-Luxon and Samwha caps. Both known garbage brands. Can you take pics of the two big black caps too?
Chances are those caps are dry failed. You will probably need to replace them.
...and no, it's not the same as my Akai I need to fix. Mine has a MFG date from 2006."We have offered them (the Arabs) a sensible way for so many years. But no, they wanted to fight. Fine! Re: Prima 42" Plasma
A cold heatsink indicates the mofsets are not attached but that's not important now.
You're also going to have to change the "SamYoung" primaries. Someone here said that it is a lot cheaper to buy primary caps off of eBay as opposed to digikey.
In any case, if you decide to change the caps, follow the instructions in my post here:
https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showpo...65&postcount=3
And also note the series. If there is no series then list the maximum temperature it should be 85c or 105c.
Good luck."We have offered them (the Arabs) a sensible way for so many years. But no, they wanted to fight. Fine! We gave them technology, the latest, the kind even Vietnam didn't have.
