LE32C350D1W/Samsung intro sound , no picture

When plugged into the wall i get intro music , backlight turns on and the tv is unresponsive to comands. When i try to press power or any button the tv just blinks red LED and nothing changes.
I checked all voltaged on PSU , and everything seems to be in spec.

There is 12 volts on the lvds cable and i took some measurements of other pins which all are around 1.3 volts or so.
Cant find any help online so i wanted to try here , Any takers ?

Please upload the pictures here using 'Go Advanced'
Show us good clear pictures of the whole backside of the TV showing all the boards.
What is the power supply board P/N? BN44-?????
Do PS-ON, B13V, SWINV change state when you toggle the power switch on and off and what are the Voltages when TV is OFF and when the TV is turned on?

Note i cannot turn off the TV , The TV is turned on the instant i plug in the motherboard.
Before i plug in the motherboard here is the voltages
b13=12.4volts (12.78 on)
pson=0.8v(0.9v on)
swin=3.7v(5.16 on)
here are some pictures and what i measured.

On this one , between those 2 caps next to the ground screw , i found about 4 volts on start up , and then it slowly goes all the way down to zero. i thought that was weird but maybe its normal. On the main board i also found voltages such as
1.8 3.3 2.5 etc... Nothing unusual really as far as im concerned.. nothing is getting too hot except for the processor or the main chip if you will.

Also pressing the power button changes nothing. pson stays the same. Also shouldn't the psu PS_On Stay 0 untill you press a power button? Or maybe its 0.8 , but when pulled low it should turn on .. im confused...Now that i think about it ... It shouldnt even have 12 volts untill the TV is turned on ?Im sitting here main board not even plugged and i get nearly full voltages on the psu... Is it some Controller IC on the power board? Hmmmmmm i think we're getting somewhere

Power supply board BN44-00369B may have pull-up resistors for power supply self test, so remove the cable between the power supply board and the main board and then test the Voltage on the power supply connector again to see what they are, also see if the backlights also come on or not without main board connected to the power supply board.
At this point it looks like you have main board problem.
BTW, some of the Samsung PS-ON can be as low as 0.8 ~ 0.9V for ON, 0V for OFF.

Backlight doesnt come on if i dont plug in motherboard.
On the voltages they arent alot different when i plug in the board. I get SWINV-3.7volts ----------- Its 5.17 with mb pluged in/
PWM- 5 volts --------------- 2.06 when mb plugged... Is this where i should look? this pwm seems kinda low when mb plugged.
BTW PS_ON stays 0.8 when MB NOT PLUGGED. then it goes to 0.9 when MB PLUGGED. -
B13 is -12.4 when MB NOT PLUGGED . Then its 12.78 when MB PLUGGED
I have no schematics for this board so i cant really fault find with my limited knowledge about these things.

Thanks nomoresonys, but it's not a problem. As we say here "it's water off a ducks back."

CY813S has either a black marker on top or a split. Can't really tell from the photo.

Is this the schematic for your set?

It is just a marker ... Thanks for the input tho. I was talking about main board schematics, i found something online but its not really helpful , its mostly just pictures of the board . There are some weird things going on on the mainboard side. Also the fact that the TV doesnt react to me pressing any buttons kinda tells me that its the mainboard issue. Customer said the picture was going off at some point but now it doesnt even come on so im kinda pointing my fingers at the main processor. But before i do that i thought maybe someone on here can point me in the right direction.But so far i think its the main CPU thats dead and its the only thing getting the most heat on the board.

Per schematic, PS-ON of 0.8 ~ 1V range for ON is normal for this board, it has pull-resistor for self test.
You may want to try and see if you can locate some LDO Regulator IC's and test their Voltages on your main board.

My multimeter decided to stop working today so i couldnt do this today but on monday i will buy a new one and will tell you graphically all the voltages on the cpu side. There is only a couple of IC's that i think are responsible for The CPU. I am eager to learn how to fix these digital boards so this will be interesting even if this TV is unfixable(without a new mb).

Sorry it took so long for the reply, i am currently restoring an old heater unit in the house , so i had no time to do this , but here it is, i measured all voltages on CPU side , and hopefully you can tell me what seems off, i can assist you in looking for the IC number if you cant see it from the picture.
The weirdest thing is i found multiple places where caps go from 12V or 5V , and on the other end of the cap i can read descending voltages ... going from 3v all the way to 0? maybe cpu is acting up i really dont know. i have put the image in attachments i have written on it all the voltages so you can see which ic is doing what.

I think i have found the problem. There are 2 Z1031A chips identical markings, and i know the output should be slightly different but i checked the datasheet , and on one of them i have 26volts output... which is completely wrong. on datasheet it says 0.8v TO Vin , Vin i checked and its 12 volts... so its not correct to be 26 volts... I have swapped them around ,i didnt solder the suspect one because i think its the supply to the CPU and i dont want to burn it with 25 volts... The swapped chip now produces 14volts.. which is also kinda high but it seems normal...TV doesnt turn on now, i want to buy this IC and check whether or not this fixes the problem.
Any thoughts on this?

Nope , i swapped them around and i still get nothing , same voltages as usual... cant find any problems with this board what so ever... I think its the processor but maybe not ... You gotta know when to give up , this TV is destined for the trash bin... Thanks for all those who tried to help...
