I've replaced almost everything. i'm at a loss.

We replaced relay on power board. Replaced main logic. and replaced control board on this plasma TV. When we hook up power, a relay on the power board switches on then off and I can't figure why. any help would be amazing.

Its very tricky with plasma tvs.Sometimes you must replace Z and Y both at the same time . I almost stopped doing them at my shop cuz they are very hard to make a profit.

Check your power supply board for shorts check your X & Y boards for shorts
I had same problem.
It ended up being Upper and Lower Buffer boards had Blown Diodes
that took out the YSus Board that back fed into the X Main Board then the power supply board kept shutting down into protection
Lots of Money spent on Boards replaced for a Repair on a secondhand plasma

I answered your PM. If the tv ran through the test patterns, everything is good EXCEPT the mainboard. A new ,or used good one will fix the problem.
