Please read my post #40 again in each step.
I did not tell you to have new T-CON board in place.

This is not a good restart if you do not follow the instructions which makes it hard for me to help you remotely.
I am being really patient right now trying help people at BADCAPS but it is running thin.

1) Is that the picture of the new T-CON board?
2) How come none of the boards have board mounting screws in place for them to be properly grounded to the chassis? Is that the way you test the TV WITHOUT BOARD MOUNTING SCREWS IN PLACE?

You need to put ALL the boards mounting screws back in place.
Your TV should be in the same condition that you show in your post #1 when all the old boards are back in place.

If that is the case then something happen or got damaged when you replace the T-CON board.

I already download that same manual from your post #44, I just did have the time to read it in details yet. I am sure other people will also look at it too and give you some test guide.
As I said I am really busy helping other two people for over a week now and staying late till 2 ~ 3AM my time due to time difference, so I will get back to you after I spend time study the service manual.
In the mean time some other people will jump in to help you too.

have you tried another power adapter? I am thinking maybe the first tcon (shorted one) caused a problem with the power and caused a problem with the adapter.
