TCL U65E5800FS Is this LED issue?

I have discussed this in another thread but have started this one to hopefully catch the eye of someone who has seen this actual model - TCL U65E5800FS

I am wondering if this could be a led issue, as the tv's I have worked on before that have had led issues only did the flash and no picture type thing?

This tv appears to have 2 strips out (see pics) and still lights up. Could it be a different issue?

Also, if anyone has worked on this model tv, do the strips run vertically on this model? i havent seen one that runs vertically yet, but the pictures sure look like it does?

I havent been able to find the part number for the led strips either. There doesnt seem to be much info on it anywhere. I will have to check the panel model and try to get the led from that I think.

Oh NOOO you didn't pull a double thread, that just confuses things and makes it just that much harder to get a solve, as you can see, every time you post on your thread it moves up, so there's NO need to double thread.

I was just trying to get more concentrated response on this model. I thought it would make it easier with the brand and model in the title.
