    Samsung UN55hu7200fxza dim top half of screen

    This one the top half of the led strips are dimer than the lower half when the main board is plugged in. With the main board plugged into the power supply the voltages at pin 2 is 193v and pin 10 is 234v. When I unplug the main board from the power supply both pin 2 and 10 are 234v. I removed the panel and all of the led's look the same brightness so I am not sure if I am dealing with a bad set of led's or maybe a bad power supply. Any help would be appreciated.

      I'd swap the 2 led strings around on the connector, plug it back in and retest. See if the problem moves.

          Weak or dim Backlight strips at the top. Open up the Panel and replace ALL the Backlight strips wit NEW strips.

              Do CapLeaker's test, remember what bud says, opening the panel is the last thing you want to do.
              Quit because THIS SITE LETS A ROGUE MEMBER TYPE ANY GARBAGE HE PLEASES AND THE POWERS THAT BE NEVER DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT SO HE NEVER QUITS. THEN YOU GET A PENALTY FOR RESPONDING TO HIS ATTACKS. BEEN GOING ON FOR WAY TOO LONG. DONE SUPPORTING A SITE THAT ALLOWS THIS BS.

                  Hello everyone, I’ve just been given a Samsung UE55JU6800K smart tv as it had white spots on the screen due to the led lenses falling off. After refitting them & putting the tv back together I thought it was a nice easy fix for a free bedroom tv , then I tried it before screwing the back into place. I realised that the right side of the screen was darker than the other side, I removed the screen again as I thought the backlights had failed but they are fine.
                  I put the screen back in place & turned it back on . The screen seemed to be ok again but different screens on the same...

                  Hi , I've recently replaced the screen in my Samsung galaxy ao2s, at first it wouldn't even turn on, it had the charging symbol on the screen when plugged in but the green circle wasn't going around to show it charging....
                  Ive eventually managed to get it on and working but it's very temperamental...

                  The battery icon always reads as 50% , when the phone goes into lock screen mode i sometimes can't get the screen back on unless I plug the charger in to get it to light up, also it keeps putting the camera app on.. u think it could be something to do with the side buttons. ...

                  Samsung UN55J6200AFXZA Splash Screen Comes up, goes out, screen flashes one time and then tv won't turn off.
                  No picture. No sound that I can tell. Backlights are on and have been checked. Flashlight test no image on screen. I replaced the Eprom chip hoping that was the problem but nothing changed.
                  Please help. Thanks in advance!

                  Hello everybody! Posting this in hopes somebody has some expertise that leads to a clear path of troubleshooting that saves me a lot of time!

                  My macbook has the flex cable problem, the one that prevents the screen turning on. Ive been dealing with this for the last 3 years. Last year it went dead and I managed to fix it following youtube tutorials. But my fix wasnt the best, the problem returned a month later. This week, it went dead again. I again tried to fix it.

                  This time the original cable broke too close to the screen, it can't be fixed without tearing the screen...

                  LG 55UH6150- trouble powering up, then half lit screen (pictures!)

                  The 55" LG has been in the basement for a few months without being used. Turned it on yesterday, set came on as it should and showed a complete screen for about 5 seconds (was on a broadcast channel but no antenna was connected), then the screen went mostly dark with about 1/3 of the screen on the right lighting up with brighter lines in that lit part (sorry, no pictures of that). Power LED was cycling too, preventing the TV from fully powering up.
                  Pulled the back off, all boards looked OK. Pulled the LED connector, turned the set on to see if it would power up but I don't belive it...
