    Vizio d55u-d1 sound works, no picture, no backlight, and restarts

    Greetings!

    My Vizio D55u-d1 recently went dark. Was watching TV via HDMI from a nvidia shield. The screen went dark all of a sudden. Basically, where I am left now is testing it via coaxial with the source of an OTA antenna. When I have that hooked up, the sound works, however, there is no picture, no backlight, and the TV restarts every few minutes. Here is a picture of the back of the TV and the back of the main board. My thoughts are the main board. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

      Unfortunately this TV has 4 failure points.
      - the LED strings
      - the PSU that feeds the LED regulator board,
      - the LED regulator board
      - and the Main board signal to turn the backlights on.

      Now we need high resolution pictures of these 4 boards front and back.

              I replaced the backlights all good. Two months later set was dead, had a shorted D9100, replaced all good again.
              Now months later set powers up,backlights light ok,no picture. 12volts missing from fuse on tcon. 12VA on power
              supply is 19 volts. Changed D9100 again, same, 12 volts measures 19. Am I looking at a power supply or mainboard
              issue. Set will power up with remote but not power off....

              Hello, i am working on Vizio M70-C3. It can hardly power on, it takes 15 power button presses or remote. Seems like eeprom problem that I seen before but all reading online says that this tv has power board or main board problem.

              When tv powers on vizio V logo shows nice on whole screen. picture 1
              When it goes into tv mode it only shows good picture on left side of screen, right is all scrabbled up. pic 2

              Hi I inherited a Vizio M65-E0 that isn't working. It must have been dropped on the corner because I found that the infrared circuit had a capacitor with one end broken off of the board and some green corrosion around the plug to the main board. I re-soldered the capacitor and cleaned the corrosion well and tried turning the M65-E0 on and I was successful. My problem is that while the back lights come on and appear to perform local dimming there is no picture or sound. It kind of looks like you are looking at the TV through a very dense fog, where changing the input on the remote will change bright...

              VIZIO E70-E3 Half picture with half TCON

              Hi,
              I have a VIZIO E70-E3.
              Symptoms: Black screen, no picture, but LED backlights are working.
              I probed the power board and voltages are as listed on the board.
              Main board appears fine, too.
              I believe the problem is either a bad T-CON board, or connection to LCD, or bad LCD.
              There are two separate ribbon cables feeding the LCD.
              If both are connected, the screen is black.

              If only the ribbon cable that feeds the right side of the screen (when viewed from the front) is disconnected, the left side of the screen shows picture and...

              T-con suspect issue. Both ribbon cables no picture. One ribbon cable ok. (58pus8545)

              Hi guys! I realized you have a lot of knowledge here so i am hoping you could point me in right direction with my odd issue.

              The Tv is a Philips 58PUS8545/12, it had no picture but working backlights.

              Original T-con:
              Opened the Tv and tested to unplug one ribbon cable at a time. With this test i could see that i got fine picture on both halves as long as there was only one ribbon cable connected, with two connected picture were gone.

              First replacement T-con:

              I thought it might be t-con and ordered new t-con from china(supposedly tested)...
