What you can do is put some alcohol on that area of the board, then apply 1 to 3 volts to the 5V_VCC point, momentarily. the part that is shorted will get hot very fast and the alcohol on the component will evaporate fast.
You could also just put your finger on U49 and use a 1.5 volt battery to apply 1.5 volts to +5V_VCC, if it gets hot you found the shorted part.

Thanks for your suggestions. I just removed U49 and the short circuit between 5vcc and gnd is gone. But the pins of U49, 2 and 4 are always in Gnd. What do I do? Ps: I hope to remember where the capacitors were placed. Ps2: so I found that U49 was broken since now 5vcc is not at Gnd?

With U49 you no longer have a short on 5V_VCC, that is good.
Can you check the pins of U49 to se if the internal fets are shorted?
With U49 removed, Do you stll have a short on the board where pins 2 and 4 were connected? Is 3V3_VCC still shorted to ground?

Without U49 I no longer have the 5V_CC short circuit.

Yes, without U49 I have the two pins 2 and 4 towards GND.

              MT5820LUNU,

Pin 120, 121 are connected to GND.

              I guess it's not normal.

              What are you saying?

pin120 and 121 connected to gnd : cpu shorted : cpu die : replace cpu or change mainboard.

Thanks for all of your help.

I decided to change the mainboard. Now the TV works fine.

                      Thanks again.
