LG 55LV5500 TV - Has power No backlight No Sound No picture

I picked up this TV from the recycle center . LG 55LV5500-UA. When powered on, the power indicator goes from red to white. It has no backlights and no sound. I tried doing the flashlight test and didn’t see anything. I took some voltage readings with power on. Meter set to DC volts, negative lead on Metal tv chassis. See pic:

P201(supplies tuner/input board) pins aren’t label, so from top to bottom:
Pin 1- 0 vdc
Pin 2. 12.02 vdc
Pin 3. 12.02 vdc
Pin 4. 12.02

Pin 7. 3.5 vdc
Pin 8 3.5
Pin 9. 0

There are two rows of pins (24 total) on that plug, the pinout is on the board above P701. It looks like the power supply is working so check the voltages going to the led's You will likely need to monitor the pin while turning on the tv as the voltage will come up and then drop off (protection)
To see if there is anything on the screen use the flashlight test but push menu to see if you can see it. The tv is likely on a source like hdmi and without input, no sound or picture

My first guess is a bad led in one of the led strings

also we need to know what the pins are for what. Like GND, 24V, PSon etc.
