Insignia NS-L42Q-10A Red Tint and Inverted Picture

The TV displays in what looks like inverted colors with a red tint. Im guessing this is a tcon board but want to run it by you guys in case I can swap a chip for cheap. I get 12V on both sides of the fuse on the tcon board

This looks like it, could hit the contact seller button and give them your sticker, serial, board numbers or whatever they need to see if its a match. https://www.ebay.com/itm/LG-42-NS-L4...pBg:rk:27:pf:0

Could try a factory reset. If you do take the back cover off, what is the panel number? its usually on the back, metal part/chassis somewhere.

Check the GAMMA Voltages at the test points.

The owner of TV says the colors gradually got worse. Beyond that I dont know the history.

Factory Reset did not resolve issue

I believe the panel model number is either

Looks funky, wonder if tcon can be fixed if needed, had a look online for a tcon, think I saw one for 60 dollars on U K or Spain ebay iirc. seems pretty pricey.

Either replace the GAMMA Reference Voltage IC or replace the T-CON board (match the PCB assembly P/N as shown on the Barcode sticker).

Not the easiest thing to do, theres other chip changing videos there of course, the pros make it look easy, this is first one that popped up. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jg4_nn3nBzs
