Epson EH-TW5200 projector doesn't turn on

Dear all,

I have an Epson EH-TW5200 projector that doesn't turn on.

I checked the main fuse near the 230V power outlet : it is OK.

I followed the cable and I checked the voltage on this connector it is still OK.

I've checked individual voltages on this connector coming from the power supply : I always have 0V on each pin...

After looking for the service manual on the net, I only found some pictures of the whole board.

I suspect the main power supply to be dead. What is your opinion please ?

Projector is new beast for me, could possibly be an issue with the Ballast unit? heres a good picture of one, could be hard without a repair manual. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Epson-Balla...2NV:rk:59:pf:0
