      It is probably commonly failed board. Take the board to repair shop to see if they can remove the cap then.

            Ty, but that is the power button, iR board looks like the one bud attached. I will look outside the US, it is a small item shipping I hope wouldn't be too painful.

            I am also going to call the only repair shop in town and see what they can do.

            Good suggestions!
