Main Bd. issue. Probably a firmware update/reload would be required.

        Thank You sirs.

Would you have a link to the firmware update for this RCA RLDED4633A-D TV.

The processors on both the Main Board and the T-Con are very hot.
I installed heatsinks on both processors but still getting a blue screen.

So did you verify that you do have 12VDC at both ends of the SMD fuse on the T-CON with ref to GND?
You also have many Voltage test points on that T-CON board that you need to check, I.E. VCC_1.8V, VCC_3.3, and on and on.

Re: Blue Screen On A RCA RLDED4633A-D TV

Yes sir I did check the T-CON board voltages for 1.8v, 3.3v.
              I will confirm that.
Did not check for 12vDC on the T-CON SMD fuse.

I would like to know if the splash screen firmware is programmed into the Eeprom?
Would a firmware update be available for this TV?

Yes there is 12VDC at both ends of the SMD fuse on the T-CON.

There is approx. 1.27 v on the each of input connectors testpoints.
There is 0 v on each of the output connectors testpoints.
I need to verify the Vcc 1.8v, 3.3v voltages.

Macbook 2017 with touchbar (A1706) won't turn on after removing the screen
                      by Ryan.man
Hello everybody! Posting this in hopes somebody has some expertise that leads to a clear path of troubleshooting that saves me a lot of time!

My macbook has the flex cable problem, the one that prevents the screen turning on. Ive been dealing with this for the last 3 years. Last year it went dead and I managed to fix it following youtube tutorials. But my fix wasnt the best, the problem returned a month later. This week, it went dead again. I again tried to fix it.

This time the original cable broke too close to the screen, it can't be fixed without tearing the screen...

                      Samsung 65" UE65TU7000KXXU VER:02/UTU7000 TV Blue screen
                      by gbbradshaw
                      Hi.
I have the Samsung TV Model: UE65TU7000KXXU VER:02/UTU7000 which has developed the following issue: blue screen while the sound it's still working. This happened after the screen developed some horizontal lines at first and then the next day suddenly turned into blue background. the screen was not damaged or anything. I can't access the menu. I have taken the tv to a local tech to have a look and he said that he thinks that it might be the pcb board as the back-lights are working and the sound aswell . I was hoping maybe you can guide me if I should buy the pcb board or not? Thanks

Dell XPS Plus 9320 blue screen and rebooting
                      by siuras676
                      Hi everyone,
I have a Dell XPS 9320 in for repair, and the machine has a strange issue.

First, a bit of history: the laptop came in after liquid damage and was completely dead. I've repaired all the broken traces, replaced the damaged components, and it now powers on.

However, it's now showing a Windows blue screen related to hardware (as seen in the picture), along with another Dell error I've never seen before.

Has anyone encountered this issue on a Dell machine before and could point me in the right direction? I've checked the power rails around...

Acer K272HUL blue power light but black screen, power supply is ok
                      by burntonnerings
Have had two Acer K272HUL monitors die with the same symptoms:

                      - Blue power light is illuminated while the monitor is plugged in
                      - Black screen (no splash screen, etc.)
                      - Power button doesn't do anything

Opened it up and checked for bad caps and components, evidence of burns, etc. - everything looks fine.

                      Power supply voltages are fine.

There are some signal lines on the power supply harness that goes from the power supply to the logic board, not sure what these should be at.

                      Anyone have any ideas?...
