Troubleshooting Philips 55 LED TV(horizontal lines and discolouring)

The TV is a Philips 55pfl5527t/12 where i issue is horisontal lines with weird colours. I've tries to factory reset, hard reset and software update. Did also clean the ribbons connected to the TCON unit. Should i just change the hole TCON?

Don't have some much with TV's, so where should i start?

Your photos do not show the problem you are having. Perhaps a different screen when watching a movie or something with a white/lighter scene.
