philips 58PUS8105/12 horizontal lines

hi all and hoping i could get some help please.

my philips 58PUS8105/12 has started acting weird.
its getting these lines across it and sometimes a strange black half circle sometimes appears on the right hand side edge of the screen,the screen is cool to the touch all the way around except where you get to that black halfcircle about the size of a smartie right on the bezel edge of the screen,its quite hot.
tv prob 3 years old and only used on weekends for a few hours so not done much.

i popped the back off and cleaned the ribbon contacts all to no avail.

Seems like a shorted panel, if you have the 6 year guarantee in your country, you can probably get a new replacement, refund or repair.

no 6 year i dont think,i believe its just 1 year here in the uk

now its doing this.
