    Philips 55PUS7303 LCD lines

Hello, I have this 55" Philips TV that suddenly has these vertical lines on the LCD panel. I have checked the T-con board and I noticed some caps have 40Ohm I don't know if this is normal. These caps have 1.2V on them. I mark them on the photo with a silver pen. The T-con board has 1.2V, 12V, 25V, etc. Does anyone have any idea what could it be?
i try to disconect one ribon cable and the problem is the same, one side is white other side have the lines (the same is in other way)

    T-con model: 55T32-C0L
    Main Board: 715G8579-M0F-B01-005T

I did the firmware flash but the issue is the same. I Downloaded the FW and Loader. Extracted FW and Loader and put in the root of the USB 8GB FAT32. This is the version I tried

            Code:
            TPM171E _ 107.000.230.000 – Date: 2019/03/11 (Upgrade_Loader)
            Is this correct way?

disconnect the LVDS from the T-CON and fed the fuse on T-CON 12V on F101 to test the panel and t-con as stand alone., you should have color pattern

Don't buy any board unless a gift from Diah!! Bad screen, but some clever tinkerer can obtain an usable set from this..
