BN41-01795A short, no led no start

hello,

i need some help from the team
i have a samsung tv led with bn41-01795A motherboard
the tv not start, no red light, no reaction on start up button
i have tested the voltage on SMPS : all 13v; 5v 3.3v and so...
on th emotherboard some mesures seems ok : 3.3v 5v 1.6v
but i have strictly nothing at the IR/On board : neither 3.3v, key 1 or 2 or LED

IC202 and ic1201 are hot.
i find two caps that are shorted : c205 near ic201 and c1215 near ic1201

i test with isoprpylic acid and power supply but nothing very sure about this two guys.

have you already have same issues here ?

i will try to remove them but not sure it will work.

this was not that, i have remove this two caps, ic201 ic1362 and it is the same

i have short on pin8 of ic1362 too

You will get a lot more help if you provide good clear pictures of the boards and the P/N as printed on the IC so you can look up the spec sheet to find out what the IC's are.

i have found the guilty guy : it is wt61p805 weltrend chip.
inside short of 3.3v main power
damned

i found this item on ebay or aliexpress but i think it needs to be flashed, no ?

someone know where i can buy one ?
