Samsung LNT4671FX/XXA Intermittent all white screen.

My Samsung LNT4671FX/XXA TV goes to a white screen after a while, comes back to picture, then white screen. It almost seems like the pixels all turn off and I see the backlighting. Sound still works. I am trying to decide whether it is the T-con board, FRC, or the main board. I have heard that this is a common issue with this model. The general consensus is the T-Con board.

Any ideas before I buy the parts? Suggestion on sources for the parts?

If I buy all three, can I return the ones that did not fix the problem or should I try them one at a time?

Post pictures of what we are dealing with so we would be better able to assist you since we do not have the TV in front of us.

Shop Jimmy has a wide range of parts. That's where I purchased parts from.

I had the same problem on my LN37A450C1D. opened the back up and there were bad caps all over the place. I replaced them all now it won't turn on period. In fact I have 4 more all Samsung that I have repaired or replaced boards in that will not turn on!!! Has Samsung done something that keeps their TVs from turning on once you remove the power board? Is thre a secret do you have to use the remote? I am all out of solutions here.

Did you replace them with the correct values, voltage ratings and did you use low ESR capacitors? LNS, LNT, LNxxA, and LNxxB models are well known for bad capacitors.

I sure did on the values, I did substitute a higher voltage capacity on a couple like I replaced a 35v 1000uf with a 50v 1000uf but that doesn't matter in fact it actually is better plus I never buy caps that are not low esr. I only use Rubycon, Nichicon, Panasonic etc. Plus on one set instead of repairing the boards the owner wanted all new boards so I bought them from ShopJ and it still will not turn on.

At this point we need to at least know what the Voltages and control Voltages are at the of the power supply board that goes to the main board, we also still need at least the pictures of the power supply board to see what the P/N of the power supply board is, hard to fix something from long distant without having the board in front of us, it is the least you can do for us to get helps.
Pictures of the whole back side of the TV showing all the boards will also help. There are many versions of the boards for this TV.
