    Mitsai 22VLM12 with blinking led (advice needed)

    Hello, I have this lcd tv when i power on the led never stop blinking and the tv does not turn on

    I searched here and on other sites, the problem is the eeprom, if i freeze it works, so i'm thinking of remove the chip, then freeze it, and using a programmer read the data, and then copy to another chip

    To do so i need a programmer, so i need advice about which programmer and software i should use, at ebay i saw a CH341A programmer, i dont know if is the right one for doing this, i also plan to use it on laptops bios chip, it would be great if it can read both lcd/tv and laptop eeprom chips

      Their is a thread on this forum about the ch341a it also includes the software/drivers they are good programmers although i have not used it on laptop bios chips.

          This is a firmware related problem. I read that CH341A does 25 series chips so its gonna be fine. Freezing the chip is not the proper way how you fix this kind of problem, so its gonna be a hit or miss.

              I checked the ch341 thread, it seems it can program this eeprom, so i will order one from ebay, and i will try

                      My mother may soon need to upgrade from Win7 (to continue safe browsing, e-mail, and office tasks, without a printer). Right now, she uses an Intel Core2Quad 9550 CPU (not sure of motherboard). Video is either the Radeon 6670 or 6770, completely air-cooled, with fins like a motorcycle engine (I think I pointed a 120mm fan at it). PSU is probably Seasonic, still running after 14 years (I choose quality). I am not sure of the RAM, or the PCI-e wifi chip. Probably 8 GB or 16 GB. Perfect for WIndows 7.

                      She does not want to switch to Linux. And she does not want to use a laptop because...

                      Hi. I can't upgrade to win11 I think it's because my BIOS is without Secure Boot function. The BIOS version is R0180Z9. Can you please advise if it is possible to upgrade BIOS to UEFI for this laptop. Many thanks....

                      Advice needed-Technika 32-207 works but sticks on channel,won’t change channels ok

                      My tv will work for a while and change channels with the remote as it should but then it will stick on one channel only and work ok but it won't change channels. I have tried unplugging it for hours and whilst unplugged pressing the power button on the tv to reset it.

                      The volume button on the remote still works but it just won't change channels once it decides to stick on one channel

                      It has built in basic freeview tv here in the uk, I've tried doing an automatic search to reset the tv but nothing works.

                      I have to turn the tv off and then on again with...

                      I am trying to breathe new life into my wife's 2015 Macbook Air (1.6 Ghz / 4 GB RAM) by upgrading the logic board to an i7 2.2 Ghz with more RAM.

                      That's when the advert below caught my eye: 16GB on the i7 A1466 - that's double what Apple originally put on.

                      I know that this is technically feasible, but has anyone made experiences with it?
                      Do you know and rate the vendor, Yopolean? I am ignorant and don't know them.
                      How did the performance turn out?

                      I have the following laptop that has died. There was a short as you can see in the pics. I am still a noob so if someone could advise whether they think this is repairable and what that IC is that is burnt as i cant make it out completely. I think there is also a Cap or something missing from "LG11" thanks for any help or advice.
