A Harmony is actually more expensive, but on the plus side I can use it for other devices as well...thanks for the tip though.

vinceroger69 drive you where you find the apk to use it on aandroid device with IR like samsung galaxy s5 and other.. or make one DIY IR Diode and play the wave file via PC..

Lgs are widely spread so I think that getting a service remote control is a good investment rather than playing around with phones aux cables, wav files etc

Yes thats the one I use. I bought it at 30euros few years ago
