Samsung LE46C750 colored lines over the whole screen

Hallo everybody this is my second TV from samsung with horable problems.
There are colored vertical lines over the hole screen and it doesn t matter if the signal comes from hdmi or antenna.
So what this could be ? Maybe Ribbons T-con or motherboar?

Start with reseating the ribbons going to the TCON and panel. Next order a TCON which is less likely but can also turn out to be the panel. I am assuming this is a LCD panel and not a plasma.... If you have new or other ribbons change it to prove its not a cable fault.

One at a time, disconnect the tcon to panel cables and see what the outcome is on the display. That may tell you if its a panel problem or elsewhere depending on what happens.

disconnect one ribbon cable that goes between the t-con and the panel. power up and check pic, then reinstall that cable and do the opposite half. power up and check pic.
personally it looks like panel to me.

Thanks for your answer I will try to do the ribbon in out thing, and recall whats happend
Shit I hope that maybe on of these Samsungs give me a chance to enjoy Television!

Now I try to turn the tv on and first ist was for a hlaf hour a bad picture I turn it to an other place and than I could not believe it ther was all vertical lines gone and only a thin vertical line on the ground appears!
I think it must be a contact problem of the ribbons it self?

I have seen that issue many times..Faulty screen,(panel) i'm afraid to say.probably with image retention too,as is the normal..
