Is my analysis correct as state in the previous post?

Is there anything else I should look at first or should I just look to get a transistor? Schematic notes Q202 with 4403, which shows up as an smd transistor. I am assuming this is the part to order. Also since the diode tested OK should I just reuse it or would you suggest replacing it?

I was looking at mouser for a 4403 smd transistor and it come up with 20 options. I believe I am looking for a pnp transistor so that reduces the options somewhat:

Measurements look about right, but the leads seem a little long. I assume I would trim them if necessary.

I did a search on mouser for 4403 transistor and chose smd as package and the list I referenced is what came up. You found something not on that list. What did I do wrong?

Eventhough the diode tested OK, I am thinking it would be worth replacing it, but there are many options for a 4148. Which one do I need?

Since this is for a power supply I am assuming something like 512-FDLL4148, Diodes - General Purpose, Power, Switching 100V Io/200mA T/R might be what I need.
