Lg 32lb650v no video,no audio, nothing

Hi, I have this LG TV that doesn't work.

When I plug a/c cord nothing happens, except the stand-by led that flashes 4 times (the first blink is faster than the others).

I have tested the voltages on the power board and everything is fine.

Is there something I can check to find the problem?

Please clarify as to 'everything is fine'.
Are you saying you have all the correct output Voltages and Control Voltages, correct PFC Boosted Voltage?
Please report the Voltage readings of all the pin on that black connector that goes to the main board, makes sure to put down the pin name and follow by the Voltage reading when TV is OFF and when the power switch is activated, please follow the instructions so we do not have to guess since we do not have the TV/ Boards in front of us to look at.

Hi, I have tested the voltages, I can't test it with tv turned on because it doesn't stay on.

      GND 0
      12V 12,01v
      12V 12,01v
      GND 0
      24V 24,6v
      GND 0
      3,5V 3,5/3,6v
      3,5V 3,5/3,6v
      PWR ON 3,4v

      GND 0
      N.C. 24,6v
      12V 12v
      GND 0
      24V 24,6v
      N.C. 2,1v
      3,5V 3,5v
      P-DIM 2,1v
      DRV-ON 3,5V

      thank you!

From the reading you have posted it would appear the PSU and Main Bd are OK. Post pictures of the boards and maybe we may be able to help further.

I have already posted pictures of the boards, you need the back of the two boards?

          Thanks

OOPS!!..I missed that. OK so with the TV OFF, place the RED probe of your DMM on the +ve pin of the backlight connector and the BLACK probe on the chassis GND. Turn on the TV and record and post your findings. Then place the RED probe of your DMM on the -ve pin of the backlight connector and the BLACK probe on the chassis GND. Turn on the TV and record and post your findings.

on the +ve pin when I plug the cord I read 0,1 for a second and then it jumps to 144,5v.
on the -ve pin i read 0,1 for a sec and then 0.

You have a bad backlight issue. One or a few of the LEDs on the backlight strips are open/short. You would have to tear down the Panel to get to the backlights. Are you up for the challenge?

I have already done it with a philips tv, in that case i just shorted out the pads.

now i will disassembly the tv and check how many leds are faulty

I would recommend a total change out of the strips. The seemingly good ones tend to fail not too long afterwards and you'll have to tear her down again.

Help troubleshooting an audio problem with an RCA SGT-250 CED Player
                      by samson7point1@yahoo.com
The Problem: This player has a toggle switch to select between Stereo, Mono R, and Mono L. Regardless of the setting it outputs the sound to both the L&R audio jacks. In the Mono R position, the audio output level is normal (from both the L and R audio output jacks), in the Stereo position the audio output is about half the volume, and in Mono L, it's about 3/4 the volume. Something about putting it into Stereo mode is causing the volume to drop significantly and I can't figure it out.

The player processes the audio signal using two different reference frequencies. The "R"...

Roland KR-3500/4500 Digital Piano. Crackling audio sound on all keys -Fixed
                      by i_am_patch
Hi All. I had a Roland KR-3500 Digital Piano (similar to the KR-4500) that exhibited a Crackling audio sound on all keys. After reading somewhere about someone with a similar issue who had replaced all the Electrolytic caps I decided to also go down that route. (Spoiler : It worked !) After some basic troubleshooting I determined that it could be noise feeding thru from the Keyboard scanning since the Demo tunes played back undistorted and the Audio amp / speakers were fine ( Inserted an Audio signal into the rear Audio input). After extracting the main board from the shield, I replaced 7 Capacitors...

Monitor Audio RSW12 - Green light but no audio
                      by MOSSEP
                      Hi

Im hoping someone might be able to give me some idea of what may be wrong with my Monitor Audio RSW12 Sub.

Ive owned it since new in around 2002, so would really like to keep it running if I can, it was the first ‘decent' bit of audio equipment I ever purchased and is a little sentimental.

The issue I had was that it would power up with the red light, but sometimes the green light would not come on and I would get no bass from it. If the green light did come on though, I would get sound out of it.

I have already tried replacing all of the...

MacBook Air 2337 - Right I/O Board Audio IC - Alternative Replacement?
                      by grimacelord
                      Hello,

I'm working on a MacBook Air A2337 that had liquid damage on the right I/O board. I ultrasonic cleaned the board and it all functions except the computer has no audio. I tried reballing the audio IC which is TAS5770AC0, but that did not restore audio. I could just replace the entire board, but I wanted to see if replacing the audio IC would fix it first. Mouser has a similar audio IC in stock which is TAS5770LC0YFFR, but I wasn't sure if it is compatible. I was just wondering if anyone knew if I could use the one from mouser as an acceptable replacement or if I need to purchase...

                      Hi all,

so I made a stupid mistake and dropped a screw onto the motherboard while assembling it.
The screw fell right onto the battery connector area and unforunately managed to short one of the supply voltage lines of the Audio IC (Conexanct CX 7750) without me noticing at first.

After the assembly and booting Windows I noticed that there was no sound and no Audio IC detected in device manager...

I got the motherboard out again and found the Audio IC with a crater in it...
Luckily I got a donor board with the same model motherboard....
