Philips 32PFL3517H/12 - no image , only sound and backlight
mainboad 715G155-M01-003-005X ver a
T-con T315HW07 VB CTRL BD ( the fuse is good, receive 12v )

Any help ?

Can we see good clear pictures of the T-CON board?
Does it have two cables between T-CON board and the LCD panel? If it does, what do you get if you only have one cable connected one at a time?

T-con input - one cable, output 2 ribbon , i will test tomorrow one ribbon each time.

If i remove one ribbon , i have image half screen. now what is damage ?

Perhaps COF IC on ribbon or the electronics attached to the ribbons where your T-Con plugs into. All you can do is test miniature caps maybe one is shorted out.

No shorter cap ,i think that 17824DA is damage.

No shorted cap on the tab bonding board? Did you take the panel apart to get to the tab bonding board?

Is no shorted cap, i read on internet about i7824DA , is the same like AS15 AS19

I think the AS15 is a voltage buffer and its main symptom when faulty is a overall milky picture. Not something that affects half the screen.

Did you test for shorted cap or are you assuming what you read on internet is absolutely correct??

Again, Are you talking about no shorted caps on the T-CON board or on the TAB BONDING boards?

caps from tab bonding board,

I repair the tv , i see the one of ribbon between bonting board and tv , make a short, i clean that area , but 3 lines are dead, i manage to rebuild 2 of 3, now the tv is working , no line on display
