Found this information so far after quite a bit of searching but it would be good to find an available pdf for the IC
The circuit looks very similar to that of the SSI_400_14A0 inverter board

Hi RJ,
That's the problem I really don't know. Searching the internet people have offered other equivalents but they have a lower pinout count so I'm still looking.
Thanks for the pdf for the SEM2007. Interestingly it does has the same pinout count.

I think the SEM2007 may well be a lower power version of the SEM2107. Looking good thanks.
