      We also require good clear pictures of the whole backside of the TV showing all the board, and then the picture of the whole board of each board.

          +1 That's the only conclusion you can reach with the limited information supplied. Mainboard fault.

            I have had little success in fixing a BLon issue on the main board. Most of the time the main IC wasn't sending it, requiring an IC replacement. Usually it's just better to replace the main board all together.

              If the only problem is the BL-ON control signal but if ALL other functions of the main board are OK, then you can use T-CON power on to turn on the backlights circuit.
