Vizio ADTVD3613XA6 PS for E500I-B1 oops help!

Hey guys I've been repairing this PS board for a relative and after reading all the threads about this model and looking at the great circuit drawings budm had traced out for others I thought I had a good chance of fixing it. Started with the usual TV will not turn on, power button lights then fades out. found 5v SB at 5.13v B+ at 170v with set off all other pins 0v. After pushing power button no change except ps_on 2.95v no other change. found IC9101........LCS703LG and IC9801.........LD7591 both get vcc from ps_on by way of q9101 thanks to budm and his tracing! found vcc very low at both chips and IC9101........LCS703LG was pretty hot so i removed it and B+ at 393v its looking good figured I'd replace IC9101 and IC9103 and it would run. Well no 5vsb 5.13v, B+ 390v, Dim .056v, on_off 3.32v, ps_on 2.95, but 12v is only 6.97v and 24v which from what i've read is really only 16v is 9.07? its working but feedback or regulation is bad? I better look some more hmmm......Oh crap this is where I hope one of you can help me avoid complete humiliation. It seems that while putting IC9103 in I Whoopsied R9122 right off the board! If someone knows that resistor value I'd be grateful. thanks

Maybe someone who understands this part of the circuit better than me can give me a reasonable value to start with and I'll change it until it's right. I'm thinking they use this shunt regulator instead of a zener?

I found a full service manual for it so
I answered my own question 10K. So now it turns on and everything seems to work but still one issue the backlight flickers a bit

All backlights flicker or just one? If just one probably led going out.
I assume no responsibility for any stupid suggestions I might post.

Check out n801 lcs703lg IC under heatsink power supply
It's probably faulty. Ran into this before.
Did I leave the soldering iron on?

What did you do to fix this TV? I have 3 of that model and all 3 do as you described. Power light is on, fades but TV will not turn on. I have to unplug them, hold the power button down for about 20 seconds, leave them unplugged for hours, plug back in, then they will power up.

I have this TV also. Where did you find the service manual or schematic?

There's a picture of it from sj, maybe someone with a beefy graphics card can make out the numbers? https://www.shopjimmy.com/vizio-adtv...pply-e500i-b1/

                  R9122 is a 10K 1/8W 1%
You may want to replace C9305, C9308 C9122 and C9805 these are the caps on the ic's vcc supply, if they are weak the power supply may not turn on all the time.
