    Intermittent malfunction lg 47lg70

    Hello

I have a question. Before ordering a new t-con and possibly destroying my tv by taking it apart to replace it I need to know one thing. Is it the t-con? Or maybe loose cables? Or anything else.

This is what happens. One day it's working perfect. Then half way through the day or another day or even weeks later it goes nuts. The black color stops working. Anything black on the tv has purple lines. Then another day it's working fine again.

Anyone know what it is? Or could be?

Could be a loose lvds cable Or more famously one of LGs famous BGA soldering connections on the main processor on mainboard.
Did I leave the soldering iron on?

Any screen shot to show us exactly what it looks like on the screen?
