RCA LED50B45RQ-no picture

Customer brought in RCA LED50B45RQ and said they had sound but no picture. (I forgot to ask what input they were using as I can't get any sound, that's for later). The red led will go off when power button is pushed and go on when pushed again. The voltages coming out of CN02 to the main board have all the 12v,5v and 5vstb when power is pushed. But I have 0v on the legs of EC201 and EC202. And therefore 0v on CON5 going to LEDS. With the connector on or off to CON5, there is 0volts on the PS board. Bad PS board?

We need good clear pictures of the boards and how they are connected together to see what we are dealing with first.

On the bottom of the PS board, L201 pins became unsoldered. Soldering the 2 pins of L201 repaired the set.

Glad to hear that it is fixed, that inductor L201 is for the Voltage Boost converter for the LED backlights circuit.
