SO going by the manuals you've posted and the symtoms this is a HD model with a SN and SS board that link together. Common fault is the SS board shorts, the 4 x RJP30E? transistors short. That shorts VSUS and triggers 4 blinks which is why when you disconnect p2 4 blink remains as p11 is being shorted.

Unfortunately sometimes the SB can be damaged when the SS fails.

Both P2 and P11 are Vsus and are fed from the same line on the power board.

So if one side is shorted e.g. P11 you're not going to see any Vsus there or P2 and a shorted Vsus in the 2010 model in most cases will trigger 4 blinks.

As for the 15V, I suggest you study the manual and schematics. How many wires do you see on P2, two. How many at P11, three.

P11 has 15v, gnd and Vsus which on a good day is around 200V.

You see 15V for half a second as the P board comes up but it sees a dead short on Vsus and TV shuts down, bye bye 15V.

You see nothing on P2 because it only has Vsus and since this is shorted on the SS then there will be 0volts.

I bet if you disconnected P11 you will see 200V on P2 momentarily but if you try this disconnect both power cables from the SS one of which goes back to the SN. Then you will have to leave the TV stand for a while until that voltage drop s off or you have arcing when reconnect.

Personally, I think you should disconnect the SS and check if the Vsus to gnd is shorted or just look for those 4 transistors I mentioned and check if they are short.

          I expect they will be.

                    IRG7S313UTRLPBF or
FGD4536 will work. Test them before you install to make sure they are not FAKE parts!

Youtube has videos on how to check transistors and IBGT's. Do some homework please.

Panasonic ZT60 plasma tv with strange behavior and 8 blink code
                            by cloo
I recently got my hands on a 60" Panasonic P60ZT60 plasma tv (european model) that has some strange issues along with an 8 blink code.
It know this tv is getting old but it was once considered one of the best plasmas ever made, and i think it is still holds on to that even by todays standards.

So, long story short. When i first got the tv it had a very bright washed out picture with very raised blacks in all picture modes and i couldn't find the cause in the picture setting menus.
After doing a factory reset this problem was gone and the picture was back to...

                            Panasonic TH-42PZ800 8-blink error mystery
                            by nervx
Years ago my tv gave a 7 blink code which turned into 8 during diagnosis. I had ordered a replacement ss board but somehow the tv started working again and i never used the board. Now a week ago my tv flickered and shut off at random and gave the 8 blink error code. The same issue it had all those years ago. The only difference this time is that over the last few months there has been some purple and green tinge that comes and goes in more solid colors such as white.

Anyway i checked all the screws and replaced the ss board with a known good one and still got 8 blinks. I saw a...

                            by Vebririon
                            Hi everyone,

I'm new here and trying to repair my Panasonic TX-P50V10E plasma TV, which is currently showing the 6 red blink error code.

Just for context: I'm used to building PCs and installing modchips in old consoles, but this is my first time trying to fix a TV. I'm French, and while my English is okay, I'm using ChatGPT to help translate and clarify my messages as much as possible — so please forgive any odd phrasing.

I'm also not very experienced with using a multimeter, but I'm very motivated and ready to follow instructions carefully and report...

I aquired this Panasonic 60" plasma around the time my first child was born. It was meant to be a project tv, hoping to fix it chipping away at the repair in my free time. Well that was 2 years ago and i'm really just getting around to making a sincere effort to see if I can ressurect this beast.

The symptoms of the tv ar as follows:
                            • Plug AC in to back of TV
                            • After about 2 seconds the relay on the P-sub board will click on and then a fraction of a second later it clicks back off
                            • The 3 blink code is given by the power LED
                            • If the TV is unplugged and then
                            ...

Hello Friends, i am having this model Panasonic TH-L32C30D, suddenly when i switch on, it went on One Blink, after looking at the service manual it says Backlight_SOS, I can see the menu on the tv screen for few seconds in the dark with the help of flashlight Before it goes into blinking cycle.
I was having a backup P-Board which i replaced it and now its working fine, but i need to repair my faulty P-Board, as now its getting dificult to find any type of spares of this model, so can any friend who is master in Panasonic Repair, be kind enough to guide me or tell me which component should...
