Vizio D32hn-DO LED Service Menu No Channel Buttons

One of the more humorous things that happen is when I get a TV that I need to replace the Main Board..

I get a replacement and the TV picture is brilliant.. excellent... perfect...

    Except it's upside down..

I have a Vizio D32hn-DO.. Replaced the main with a D39hn-DO.. Works fine.. Except it's upside down..

Normally, I would just put a wall mount on it, tell the customer it's upside down.. They get a kick out of that and love it..

Works out great for TVs I don't have a stand for anyways or are older..

But this one is very new and does have a stand.. So it would be nice if I could get it right side up..

Oft times I can go into the Service menu and fix the issue..

But all of the info I can find on Vizio Service Menu access is to hold the CHANNEL + and - buttons on the TV and then blaa blaa blaa..

Unfortunately, this Vizio only has a single POWER button on it..

Anyone have an idea how to get at the Service Menu??? I do have the original remote..

Thanx in advance for any assistance..

How to access Vizio m652i-b2 service menu
      by tusiime
The current main board on my Vizio m652i-b2 only has 1 of 4 HDMI ports working. Also, the coaxial port is not working.

So I ordered a replacement board. It boots up the tv, but the display is dark in areas, colors are off, etc. I have seen information online that a setting in the service menu may need to be adjusted. Have tried many ways to access the service menu using remote codes, but none work.

Can someone here provide the confirmed method for accessing the service menu on this tv? Thanks in advance!

old X58 triple channel board... memtest86 memory speed?
      by eccerr0r
Anyone run memory speed tests with an old X58-based triple channel 1st gen or any other >2 channel board? The one I have is a Gigabyte I think.

Anyway I had four 4GB DDR3-1333 modules in the 6 memory slots and got around 11GB/sec memory speeds assuming that it went dual channel since it didn't have enough modules for triple channel. Now I stuck in two more 4GB modules, but they are DDR3-1600. I'm still getting 11GB/sec speeds according to memtest86...

Just wondering, anyone do memory speed analysis on these triple (and higher) channel memory boards? Are there any...

Vizio E241i-a1 - works, but OSD stuck and no buttons work
      by bobbyskillz
Hello, experts! I have a weird issue I've never seen before. I know some of you have definitely seen this. I think some have seen in. I'd greatly appreciate any advice you can give me.

I bought a E241i-a1 to use as a monitor. It powers on, displays the image, and has sound. I just can't get the OSD to go away. The TV doesn't respond to any input from the remote contol or buttons except for the power button. Is this a firmware issue? I can't access settings to reset it. A quick search for the firmware has no results. I'm lost. Please throw some ideas at me.

      Thanks for...

Reverse engineering of 18650 4-channel tester
      by spleenharvester
      Hi friends

I have reverse engineered this tester, schematic is attached and is complete except for capacitor values. These testers annoyingly have no model number but they are the ones you find on the first page of just about any website if you type in "18650 4-channel tester". There is also a 2-channel variant and a newer 8-channel variant. They are very cheap (about £15) and can measure voltage, current, internal resistance and capacity. They have a multicolour display for all these statistics. They also have terminal blocks so that if you want to use a breakout board...
