    PANASONIC TC-P60UT50 Dark green fuzz on 1/3 of the screen

    I have already replaced the X and Y sus boards in effort to fix the problem. Neither helped at all. Is my panel dead could be just a buffer board issue?

    This looks more like a bad A-board than a panel defect. It's worth checking the cables from the A board to the C boards along the bottom of the screen are well seated.

    NOTE: If you remove the C boards, ensure the heatsink plate for the panel drivers is secured down after replacing it. If not, your panel drivers will overheat and you will need a new panel.

      I'll go over them tonight when I get home.

      Is there anything else I should be doing to check the A board?

      And duely noted about the heatsink plate

        Check all other cables are seated. Try pressing the various chips on the board with moderate force (don't flex the board too much) to see if it affects the image displayed. Try the test patterns in the service menu; see slide 37:
