On the output of the PS the only pin with any voltage is pin(+5VSB) 5.01VDC

I have an RCA RLED3216A which is the same as the Proscan PLED3216A as described in this thread.

My TV turns on ok, but locks up after about 10 seconds then shuts back off. I suspect a faulty EEPROM, but reading and reprogramming to a new EEPROM chip gives the same error... My eeprom must be corrupt.

Does anyone have an EEPROM .BIN file from an RCA RLED3216A or Proscan PLED3216A that they can share?

I note that with my EEPROM chip pulled, there is no standyby LED, so perhaps similar issue to the original poster?

Any help is much appreciated.
