Re: Proscan LED 32" TV not working.
I changed out the main board with no luck. When it didn't work I checked the output from my PS and and found that there was no voltage. I had voltage up to the transformer so I didn't dig into it too deep. I was going to take the easy quick way out and buy the PS. So now I have another PS and the problem is unchanged. Also there is no stand by light.Last edited by THERED117; 04-06-2018, 01:19 AM.

Re: Proscan LED 32" TV not working.
So I know it been awhile but I finely bought a board...... Problem now is the PS board. Ive got one on order but i would like to know what died. At the moment I only have one question. Is it normal for a heat sink to be electrified? IE I'm getting 60 ish VAC on the left heat sink.

Re: Proscan LED 32" TV not working.
PS-ON does not change. It stays high at 5VDC.
Ill get you the other info as soon as I can.

I thought I did. the only pins I didn't get VDC on was the bottom pins ie the 2 5vcd pins. Zoom in. Maybe?...

Re: Proscan LED 32" TV not working.
I separated the wires (i.e. the 5VDC).My finger is on one and my tweaker is pointed at the other end. The color bars are medium blue line and wire with no bands....

Re: Proscan LED 32" TV not working.
So far all I could check was the Power board. Starting at the top and each pin grounded to its own plug gnd pin. each plug's measured voltage is separated with a semi-colon.
25.65, 25.65, 25.65, and 25.65 VDC : 25.67, 25.7 : 13.62, 13.62, 5.04, 5.04, 5.04, 5.04, 0, and 0 VDC...
