Haier LE40B650

this tv is starting up with haier logo coming up,
the standby led is flashing red and blue,
after 30 seconds the tv is going in stand by
and than coming up again and keeps repeathing this!
i found one tip on the internet;reprogram flash memory ic !?
no idee what it means!?
any more tips?i have no remote control!

It means the ic needs to be reprogrammed. Try to find out how to upgrade the tv's firmware via usb stick.

I also found this - probably not for your model but won't hurt to try it.

can find nothing from firmware or other info off this haier!?
