Hi! Hope you can lend me some advice.
I am attempting to repair a Haier [B]HVTB18DABB [/B]thermoelectric wine fridge[B]. [/B]Both fans work, but the temps are not changing in the dual zones. Upon inspection, I believe this cap (pictured) and possibly another may be the culprits - based on the base of the caps and what looks to be dried dark liquid at the base. Assuming that is abnormal?

Do you agree and which product do you suggest replacing with?
