Thanks for that i didnt know you was a member on here, but i did thank you on the other forum to a good find either way now we just need too find some more eeprom dumps etc and these should be a nice easy fix for us with all the information etc.Comment

Yes totally agree next target is in site as have a few vestel main boards in need of firmware. I must say I was surprised how much info was available from one site that was well laid out and concise plus free

yes it would be nice too if we could keep vestel information in one thread ie common issues/schematics and eeprom/spi chip dumps with the panel info etc as it would make it easier for searches etc.Comment

Hi friends, just notice that the Vestel schematics might be erroneous, for exemple the 17IPS20 as different versions using different IC's and fitting different TV sizes. In addition, resistor values are sometimes wrong, for example two 56K resistors are shown as source resistor on Q211 power Mosfet of supply FQPF6N80 (where current sense is drived to IC driver SG6742HR while it is a 0.33 ohm on board. Same thing for PFC driver and so on. I spent a lot of time to figure out righr values for certain resistors that were burnt on my board. Better ask to the forum for values if uncertain. JeanComment

I have this Toshiba 49U7763DB Tv which was suffering issues after various electrical power cuts, which happened in quick succession
Originally the TV was powering on and then very shortly powering off. I managed to get into the menu structure before powering off and carry out a first time installation of the TV. Which didn't make much difference. I have managed to factory reset (that didn't make any difference either).
The firmware inside the 17MB120 is corrupted and is causing some strange issues so my question is does anyone have any suitable firmware for this model?

Hi,
My Thinkpad T470s doesn't charge the battery every now and then. This continues till the battery is fully drained or if I disconnect and reconnect the pack.
Could someone share the schematic and boardview for this laptop. The board is marked CT470 20B2 2C_2018-04-27. I looked at the CT470 schematic that's already shared in the forum but I suspect that it's slightly different.

I have a Polaroid P43D300.
It shipped with WiFi and Bluetooth.
Two weeks ago, I ran through the first time installation.
This did a full reset and went through the first time setup.
Once complete, I went to settings > sound.
selected Audio Link, changed setting from disabled to enabled, pressed green button on remote and the tv does a search (discovery) for Bluetooth devices.
search completes and doesn't find any devices.
I have tried everything I can think of.
