    any bonding diy one with out Vacuum are useless to use ACF

      You mean use vacuum suck the screen to the work base, that is A wonderful idea, I know, because the Earth is spinning..and ..... earthquake...... .

        Where I can buy this X-Y micro adjustable table (I dont know the name! pic1)?

        I took those pictures two months ago. I need xy table to finish this project...

        PS: is 3D printer precision enough to do this job, I know nothing about machinarium.

There is no microcontroller and no firmware involved, it's all analog. The output drives a relay so any kind of heating element can be used, and the input is a normal type K thermocouple. Control is accomplished via a couple pots and switches. The circuit turns the heater completely off once the time set has elapsed, and can also run a fan if desired.

          Anyone else interested?
          so what did you use for the heated head? I am trying to put together a bonding machine, hungry for info.

            Nothing for now, no time/space/life stuff got in the way. Don't know whether i will have any more time to work on this project anytime soon, but will update if i do.

                      Very interested in your project, I have just got a new job fixing TV's again after many years, I have not got the money to buy one of these fancy bonding machines. I would appreciate your help in making my own. (I hope this is not too much to ask) Just to add, I am based in Manchester UK.

                        Just for your information. Here in South Africa there was a guy that imported one of these bonding machines from China. Upon arrival at customs the unit was sent back to China. The reason being that Samsung Electronics have arranged an agreement with the government to block these machines so as to protect the jobs of the locals that are assembling TV's here in South Africa. Nice hey.

                          Sadly, this never took off due to the lack of time, maybe, just maybe, i'll get back into it this year.

                          Sad to hear about that deal in South Africa. Big manufacturers are determined to screw us over.
